Contact us by email to register your job vacancy and a BPP Account Manager will be assigned to you.  This person will work with you from the first point of contact, to assess and address your requirements, right through to the successful placement of a candidate, and beyond.

We will then carry out an extensive search of our database, for applicants who fit the criteria and this, in turn, triggers Job Alert emails to all of the potential candidates who fit the bill.  If this process fails to locate anyone suitable, we will then launch an online advertising campaign.

Once a list of candidates has been compiled, your BPP Account Manager will then create a shortlist, by ranking the candidates according to their skills, knowledge and experience.

Before any candidate is put forward for a vacancy, they must undergo screening.   This process results in a candidate profile being created, giving you additional information, which a CV alone doesn't provide.  Our candidate evaluation takes into account all aspects of the job seeker's profile.  We look at all 3 of the very important facets of any staff member.

Once this stage is completed, your BPP Account Manager will compile, all of the information that has been gained, into a comprehensive shortlist of the YOUR4 candidates, and you're ready to start your interviews.
