Contact us by email to register your job vacancy and a BPP Account Manager will be assigned to you. This person will work with you from the first point of contact, to assess and address your requirements, right through to the successful placement of a candidate, and beyond.
We will then carry out an extensive search of our database for applicants who fit the criteria and this will then trigger our Job Alert emails to all of our potential candidates. If this process fails to locate and suitable, we will then launch an advertising campaign, via targeted online, and/or print, media.

Once a list of candidates has been compiled, your BPP Account Manager will then create a shortlist, by ranking the candidates according to their skills, knowledge and experience.
Before any candidate is put forward for a vacancy, they must undergo screening. This includes a telephone interview so that our staff can build a candidate profile, giving you additional information, which a CV doesn't provide. Our candidate evaluation takes into account all aspects of the job seeker's profile. We look at all 3 of the very important facets of any staff member.

Once this stage is completed, your BPP Account Manager will compile, all of the information that has been gained, into a comprehensive shortlist of the YOUR4 candidates, and you're ready to start your interviews.
