Before any candidate is put forward for a vacancy, they must undergo screening. This includes a telephone interview to assess their skills, knowledge and experience. After this, our staff will build a candidate profile giving you additional information, which a CV doesn't provide.

If the client is interested in interviewing the shortlist candidates, reference checks can be carried out , on request.
If practical, face-to-face or web cam interviews, can be arranged with the candidates, at a mutually suitable time, between either BPP, and/or with the client, depending on the wishes of the client. If not practical, the client may request a full background check, for further reassurance of their potential employee's suitability.
If both the client and the final candidate are happy, with the outcome, of this final stage of the process, then a letter of offer will be drawn up by either BPP, or the company.
